[openstreetmap-website] Object query hits javascript error TypeError: t.bounds is undefined (#1156)

Well, the overpass query only restricts the ways'  output via `geom(...)`. Relations are just returned as is. I guess in case of the "England" polygon, we're dealing with a relation, so that's really a different case.
