[openstreetmap-website] Sex-aware user icons or text caption? (#1158)

Instead of plain text https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/Dinamik other users should see multiple flags per each language that person speaks.

About sex icons/text field: it is common practice to have this optional field in almost every IM messenger or in Wikipedia projects or in popular social sites.

@woodpeck I don't think forcing off-topic or flooding it is a good idea http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Etiquette; your examples too irrelevant to what was suggested.
