[openstreetmap-website] When logging in with wrong password, do not reset username input and »remember me« checkbox (#1159)

1. Try to log in on openstreetmap.org
2. Ugh, wrong password
3. Oh crap, I need to put in my username again. And check »remember me« again.
4. Repeat steps 2 & 3 until I found the right password.

That’s a bit (very! ;D) frustrating and turns people off of actually using the site. Make it easy on them and don’t reset the input for username and the »remember me« checkbox.
