[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Support localization for Mapzen routing directions (#1219)

I believe there is no need to rework this PR; as @tomhughes said above, it should be as easy as reverting 38180c5. So I guess we are just waiting for someone with commit rights to just do that now that Mapzen was updated.
