[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Tags containing 0x7f unicode control character (#1213)

According to Taginfo, many new keys with this error appeared on June 10th. I would appreciate if these characters could be removed from the database because the information contained in these keys is currently not accessible for most applications.
