[openstreetmap-website] Change email preferences for GPX track upload (#1186)

I am using GPSLogger application in Android that keeps recording my location in GPX tracks. I configured it to upload to OSM automatically traces every 60 minutes or so. Each time it uploads anything, it sends an automated email with the success/error status of that upload.

I didn't find any place to disable these emails, and I find them of no use, as I am uploading many traces daily. I thinks it would be a nice feature to be able to disable them as a configuration in the site for my account.
