[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Share HTTPS URLs by default (#939)

Maybe protocol relative URLs are a solution here:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Protocol-relative_URL

Nevertheless, since the comment with the HTTPS blocking classroom is more than a year old I am wondering if they are still blocking it, since more and more websites require nowadays HTTPS (which is the right thing to do IMHO), for example wikipedia is now HTTPS only.
