[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] a complete logical highway by name (#866)

@DominicFath : the original pull request is now more than 2 years old and unfortunately, I don't have any details when Roland will eventually merge this into the master branch.

The example is currently working here: http://overpass-turbo.eu/s/o2E

All it needs is a way id, other nearby ways matching the way's name are automatically fetched.
