[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Don;t play hide and seek with the marker (#1607)

Move the pointer slowly over the side panel.

Notice a marker appears when the pointer crosses the words 24.12475, 120.87723, and then again when the pointer crosses the words "Taiwan , Taiwan".

Now attempt to take a screenshot with the marker.

To take a screenshot one must remove the pointer from the two magic lines that make the marker appear, in order to use the pointer to do the screenshot work.

See how frustrating this all is. 

Google would never dream of making a marker appear and disappear.

Please keep the marker there at all times.
