[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Change border colour when highlighting changeset in history (#1515)

Looking at the code, would it be this line that needs changed? https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/blob/e3357b27e61c3ee4f4cf51c87fdc94deeaaa7c6f/app/assets/javascripts/index/history.js#L41 (and line 46 to remove the border colour)

 .setStyle({
      color: "#9500ff",
      opacity: 0.3    
});
