Despite having 300+ tokens, never in my 7 years in OSM I had to choose which token to delete. Currently there is no information for these, besides the date. Deleting the wrong token is not fatal: it just means you would need to choose your permissions again. So the only thing we lose is the number of tokens (not that anybody counted), and I don't think this information benefits the user.
