[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Use rel="canonical" for indexable stuff? (#1400)

I cannot really reproduce this due to lack of a working Merkaartor installation here. However, it seems like they're using some completely outdated version dating back to 2010/11. Urgent advise from my side was to update first and try again. Let's see if this works ...
