[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Transform the web site into a fullscreen web app for Android/iOS (#1558)

OSM is a single page website for most users => The map page

Multiple pages website is not a problem as explain here : https://developer.chrome.com/multidevice/android/installtohomescreen#work
And OSM is already a mobile compatible website!

The objective is to get more space for the map (especially on smartphones).
Who actually use the browser address bar on smartphones?
