And wrt storing permission letters etc., historically this has typically been on the wiki. While that is OK as documentation  in general, it does mean stuff can effectively get lost and I've been thinking or requiring copies to be sent to the OSMF and filed in a suitable form (not on paper likely :-)). @woodpeck  comments?
