[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Geolocation fails when not using https on Chrome (#1493)

It's not a feature I ever use which is probably why I've never been very bothered by it, well that and I use Firefox which isn't insisting on this yet.

Do many of our user's actually manage to find it? It's pretty obscure...

The problem with reloading will be making sure any state is preserved.
