[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Link prefixed Wikidata-tags to wikidata.org (#788)

So on the one hand we're telling mappers to use name:etymology:wikidata when linking to a street named after Pierre and Marie Curie instead of wikidata=, and on the other hand you are deciding to not make those links clickable like you do for artist:wikidata.
