[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Add green and red start and stop points to trace animations (#1811)

This would have to be done in the trace importer (https://git.openstreetmap.org/gpx-import.git/) as that is what generates the animation.

Unfortunately it's pretty much unmaintained, and isn't even on github.
