[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Added PlusCode functionality to search (#1818)

Bjoern,
Remember that OSM is Open Street Map, not Closed Street Database
You can simply add addr:housenumber=8FXCP9J7+8G and the MAP will become
significantly more useful for places where addresses do not exist.
