[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Maps.me added data producing double name & no messages answers (#1761)

I am not sure if here is the place to put this issue, but here it is.
We have an increase in data (mainly nodes) for places, amenities, etc being added using the maps.me application; and this is coming with an unexpected issue. All nodes are produced with "double" name, in the case of my country (Bolivia) are the Tag name= and then also name:es= with the same value.
The system should NOT allow this automatic double naming unless the user especifically input such features.
The other issue is that however we send messages to those users, it seems that none of them reach the final user of such applications (maps.me; osmand, etc)
