[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Enabling Cross Origin Requests for OSM Diary (#1714)

Currently the OSM diary URL https://www.openstreetmap.org/diary/rss , doesn't have right CORS headers to allow anyone to consume the diary posts. It would be great if the OSM servers could enable CORS headers on this end point. This would help a lot of developers use the endpoint directly to display diary posts directly on their websites.

I assume opening up this RSS endpoint for browsers would not have any negative consequences, thoughts?
