[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] View GPX tracks on the map (#1922)

Pretty sure there are already tickets requesting it.

I don't see how it fits with our goals though - you can already overlay them in the editors, where they do fulfill our goals by allowing people to add data based on a trace.

Do you have a use case in mind for showing them on the front page which assists people in editing or improving the map?
