[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] User API call returns image in original size (#1923)

Thanks for raising this @mmd-osm  - yeah it would make me very happy if the image returned were one suitable to use as a thumbnail.  (see #1921)

It would also be ok if there were several urls, and I could pick an appropriate one to use.
