[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Geolocation fails when not using https on Chrome (#1493)

Currently in Firefox for Android 61 on the Google Maps page geolocation works fine. But on the Openstreetmap page it fails with the error prompt "Geolocation error: User denied geolocation prompt". What do?
