[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Be more consistent with 'my' vs 'your' (#1799)

I agree that being consistent is a minimal requirement so I have merged this.

That said I have to say that some of the results seem very ugly to me and I'm pretty sure I prefer "my" over "your" here with the caveat that in fact I think the prefix should be removed altogether where it's not necessary to distinguish what is meant, as suggested in #1163.
