[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] enhancement for website's user menu "My Messages" (#1870)

I'd enjoy the website's user menu entry **My Messages** being split into two separate entries **My Inbox** and **My Outbox**.

Sometimes I have to search someone/something in the Outbox of my messages but using menu entry "My Messages" just opens the Inbox (taking some time to show up) where I then have to choose the Outbox link. I could of course bookmark the Outbox address in a browser but to split into Inbox/Outbox menu entries seems to be more adequate IMHO.
