 We (civic association Freemap Slovakia) have obtained imagery for Slovakia
 - https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/WikiProject_Slovakia/Sources

 In terms of use is written:
 "The subscriber is obliged to state the author of the source data when
 creating his own work and when publishing it in the form "© GKÚ, NLC;
 r.2017.""


 We have custom source tag. It is possible add text to copyright page like:
 Slovakia: Contains data derived from GKÚ, NLC imagery - © GKÚ, NLC;
 r.2017.
