[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] deleting malicious user doesn't remove the user's comments (#1970)

I am not sure if this is the right place to report. In the discussion of this note https://www.openstreetmap.org/note/280824 was an inhuman comment, which I reported and let to the deletion of the account. Unfortunately, the offending comment is still visible in the discussion.
