[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Highlighting objects on mobile (#1663)

Checking now, it works for notes on iOS (all tiles displayed). There is still an issue if you look at a specific object (/way/123) and close the details the whole map pans approximately one screen width to the left, so that the object you were looking at is off screen
