[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Make the back button link to the inbox when reading received messages (#2451)

I noticed this while working on #2386. Previously, the "back" button always linked to the outbox, even if you were reading a received message. Now the "back" button links to the inbox or the outbox, depending on whether it's a received or sent message.
