FYI. A complete stack consisting of Rails port, Postgres db, cgimap and lighttpd is now described in more detail in https://github.com/zerebubuth/openstreetmap-cgimap/pull/213.

It leverages the Postgres and Rails port set up outlined in this issue, and extends docker-compose-yml by two additional services for cgimap and lighttpd.
