[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] OSM Forum: Allow log in via GitHub like main website (#2309)

I am creating an issue here because https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-forum does not have an Issues tab.

When logging in at https://forum.openstreetmap.org/login.php it would be useful to be able to log in via GitHub (or any of the methods supported by the main website).
