[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Animated images for traces (#2204)

I think we’re only displaying 9 instead of 10 frames after moving to the 0.4.0 API. If you look at the example https://github.com/dark-panda/gd2-ffij/issues/18#issuecomment-489884390 it’s clear that we need to add frame 1 twice, which we fail to do atm.
