[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Wrong translations in the CT instructions text (#2165)

[Pro memoria (as I need to figure out how to invalidate translations in translatewiki to fix this) or my PR could be merged ....]

At least the DE and FR translations of instructions refer to the text of the contributor terms "below" which however is actually above. I suspect this might be wrong in further languages so forcing a re-translation of all would likely be best.
