[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Broken link in email notifications about OSM notes (#2180)

A notification about a note modification (received by email) includes a link (to the note on the OSM website).

It worked fine before but it is now broken because it is written `openstreetmap.example.com` instead of `www.openstreetmap.org`:
> More details about the note can be found at https://openstreetmap.example.com/note/123

Should be:
> More details about the note can be found at https://www.openstreetmap.org/note/123
