[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Display a link for wikimedia_commons keys (#2277)

@woodpeck , please have a look at a [possible solution mentioned in #2405](https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/issues/2405#issuecomment-548917729): that _would_ be a nightmare if it wasn't already maintained by others.
