d4f236b5d13d0e9197492ef9fb3f917338595f8b  use find_by instead of find_by_name
2aa3421fc78878dc06ff96ef32bcc74d456c2147  When setting up my database, I never created these pl/pgsql functions manually.  When rake dumped the database they were removed from the file.  Despite PR #2383, at this time, the statements should still be in the file.
