[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Osm:Auth.providers.none doesn't appear in local language (#2591)

The string `Osm:Auth.providers.none/pl` ("None") doesn't appear in my local language although it was translated and updated weeks ago.
This is a string on the profile settings page https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/USER_NAME/account
Sometimes I can see it in a random language.

Here is French, although my interface language is Polish.
Once I saw it also in German, usually in English, but never in Polish.
