Thanks for your comments @tordans! I’m really happy this is useful for you.

I believe the `db:migrate` warnings can be ignored; I see them too but it’s not clear to me how to suppress them.

You’re right that `rake test:db` does not currently work. I’m most of the way through migrating to an Ubuntu base that will make this possible, then we’ll be able to fiddle the permissions to get the tests to run cleanly.

Berlin’s a big town, I would expect the Osmosis import to take a while.

I like all of your other suggestions, and I’d be happy to expand this PR to include them.
