[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Better styling for Getting Help page (#2321)

Closing since this was addressed in #2452. The styling of the help page could style be improved - particularly with regards to adding images to the cards, as per #728, if anyone wants to work on that in the future. Or more radical redesigns could be proposed.
