[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Closing the history pane before the changesets are loaded resets the slippy map to the world (#2502)

I have to say that If found it very difficult to reproduce here, maybe in less than 2% of the cases. Most of the time, the sidebar was already loaded before I could move my mouse to the close icon.

How often were you able to reproduce this IRL? Do you have any more hints when/how to reproduce this, like a slow internet connection, certain times of the day/week? Using a certain browser?
