Maybe I could ask if NLSFI could sign the waiver template.

I see that @pnorman mentioned some new agreement. Where is it available? [This](https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/CM/en/001_-_Cover_letter_and_waiver_template_for_CC_BY_v4) still mentions the Contributors page specifically.
