[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Under export, copy bounding box to clipboard function (#1103)

This issue seems a bit stalled; is there any ongoing work on it?

If there is no standard for bbox order, could we add a toggle mode for area inputs to switch display between:
- S,W,N,E values (cardinal points)
- SW, NW, NE, SE values (corners)?
