[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] The comma in the Swedish coordinate format should be a period (#2732)

Not in the normal environment. See here an example of an coordinate at a [residential house](https://wohnglueck.de/service/fertighaus/haus/viebrockhaus-vertriebs-gmbh-and-co-betrieb-kg/maxime-300):

... but in the computer environment you find more software products which does not support the three commas.
