[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Remove some unused scripts (#2640)

These are all unused, as far as I can tell

* `lib/tasks/add_version_to_nodes.rake` - presumably only needed back in 2008
* `script/daemons` - used many years ago for the gpx daemon
* `script/gravatar` - used for a one-off process in 2016
