[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Drop any pluralizable translations that are missing an "other" key (045ff92)

To explain a bit further I think that all the locales require "other" as one of the pluralization options, to handle any values that don't match some other key. I don't think there are any languages that have explicit rules covering every possible value.

On top of that "other" is the fallback if one of the value specific keys is missing, and if it's not there then you get an exception when trying to lookup a pluralizable message for any value that doesn't match some other rule.

As I have no idea what the "other" text should be the best I can do is to delete the whole thing and hope it prompts somebody to redo the translation on TranslateWiki...
