[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Simplify "How to credit OpenStreetMap" (#2375)

In general the situation with "Produced Works" tends to confuse a lot of people, even though it is actually very permissive. 

Independent from giving updated attribution guidance, which is currently staled and not something I would hold my breath for, we've suggested to change the licensing for the OSMF generated tiles, simply to reference the ODbL. This should reduce the complexity significantly.
