ae8de78a354fad17f333eba4be52e04aab692892  Order of members needs to be deterministic for automated testing.  Organizers should come before members.
f4392b3df151933b406105c93545fdab8c38ede7  Allow non-admins to create a microcosm and become the organizer of it.
