88183a95c41ca69bdaae0aad9a8d313f09ffdb6d  Remove debugging.
6283e095309967cc3ff94eaa908eac2c21ca1aa6  Since there are duplicate memberships on dev, we must be able to remove memberships.  The unique index on microcosm_member will be adjusted after that to prevent this issue.
