[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] "Directions from here" often places the point hundreds of meters elsewhere (#2982)

1. Place your mouse upon any [bus stop](https://www.openstreetmap.org/directions?from=24.17054%2C120.87235&to=#map=17/24.17327/120.87767) shown in the image.
2. Right click "Directions from here".
3. No matter what, the green marker flies over next to the "8".
4. OK, now grab the green marker, and drag it back to the bus stop.
5. Ah, finally it stays there.
1. OK, now do all this for "Directions to here", to go from one bus stop shown, to the other, further down the road.
2. Just when you think maybe it will all work, both green and red snap back to the '8'. `Distance: 0m. Time: 0:00.`
