[openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website] Small traces zoomed out too much (#2908)

https://www.openstreetmap.org/edit?gpx=3467048 shows a tiny trace in the middle of a wide screen.
The user needs to crank and crank his mouse wheel to finally be ready to edit with it zoomed properly.
Sure, some users' traces span many kilometers. But that is not always the case.
So therefore some probing of the trace area should be done before selecting an initial zoom level for the user.
Yes, for large sprawling traces, perhaps just zoom in at where the trace starts.
But for tiny compact traces, don't use a one-size-fits-all zoom level that gives a too-far zoomed out initial screen.
